Realty Management Services, a multi-family resident property management company, based in Bethesda, Maryland, has assumed the property management of Park Center Apartments, 574 apartment home located in Alexandria, Virginia for the Owner, SBAF Park Center Apartment, LLC. A major program to renovate the apartment interiors, common areas and amenities will be started in Spring ‘07.
